Opening Ceremony of World Chess Championship

At invitation of the International Chess Federation General and Executive Directors of the Geo-Social Games Project Oleg Savchuk and Vladimir Kolomiets, respectively, visited the opening ceremony of World Chess Championship between the current world title holder Viswanathan Anand (India) and his challenger Boris Gelfand (Israel). World Chess Championship will be held at the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.

The opening ceremony was attended by former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev, Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the Russian Chess Federation Arkady Dvorkovich, President of the World Chess Federation (FIDE), the head of the Geo-Social Games Project Kirsan Ilyumzhinov.

After the ceremony K. Ilyumzhinov meeted with Kolomiets V. and Savchuk, O., where they discussed issues on further development of  the Geo-Social Games Project.
